Pizza Hut Flick Football Instagram® Contest Rules & Regulations

NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN

The Pizza Hut "Flick Football Instagram® Contest" starts on, August 18th at 12:00 a.m. Central Time ("CT") and ends on Sept 26, 2014 at 11:59 p.m. CT (Contest Period).

ELIGIBILITY

The Contest is intended for participation within the United States and only by legal residents of the State of Texas and Oklahoma who are eighteen (18) years of age or older. Persons who are not located in the United States, not a legal resident of Texas or Oklahoma, not 18 years of age or older; or the Judges and employees of Sponsor, Administrator, Prize Providers, their parents, subsidiaries, affiliated companies, and agents and the immediate family (defined as parents, spouse, children, siblings, grandparents) of each such employees, and all those with whom such Judges and employees are domiciled, are NOT eligible. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. Employees of "Sponsor", their parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, promotion and advertising agencies, and members of their immediate family (spouse and parent, children and siblings and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and persons living in the same household, whether or not related, of such employees, are not eligible to enter or win. Contest is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws. This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram®. By entering, you are providing your information to Sponsor and not to Instagram®.

HOW TO ENTER

During the Contest Period, produce a 3-15 second video submitted via Instagram® as described, showing a Flick Football game, followed with the hashtag #PHFlickFootballContest. Valid entries must show a Flick Football game being played. All entries must be received by Sept 26th, 2014 at 11:59 p.m. CT to be considered. There are no limits to the # of entries per Instagram account.

REQUIREMENTS OF ENTRIES

By entering either Contest, each entrant agrees that the Sponsor and those acting under the Sponsor's authority may use the entrant's name, picture/portrait likeness and/or voice, for advertising and promotional purposes without further consideration or notice. All performance materials submitted and all concepts or ideas contained or embodied therein become the sole property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned, and ENTRANT ASSIGNS ALL OF ENTRANT'S ENTIRE RIGHTS AND INTEREST IN AND TO THE ENTRY AND THE ENTRY MATERIALS, WITHOUT ADDITIONAL COMPENSATION.

By submitting an Entry, entrants grant Sponsor and their affiliates and agents permission to use the materials for any purpose and in any media whatsoever, without further compensation to entrants. Selected materials may be posted on Sponsor's or its agents' promotional website(s), if deemed appropriate by Sponsor and in Sponsor's sole discretion. Sponsor is not liable for any printing or production errors associated with the Contest.

By submitting an Entry, you grant to Sponsor and its successors, licensees and assigns, forever and throughout the universe, the irrevocable right, but not the obligation, with or without your knowledge, to broadcast, film, tape and/or photograph, record, exhibit, edit, publicly perform and otherwise use your Contest submission, appearance, name, likeness, voice, singing voice, conversation, sounds and biographical data on or in connection with the Contest in any manner in Sponsor's sole election and discretion, which use shall not entitle you to receive any compensation whatsoever. This right to use the same and any portion thereof in any and all media, whether now known or hereafter devised, includes, without limitation, motion pictures, television and publishing (including the internet), and in connection with the advertising, promotion, merchandising, distribution, publicizing and all other types of promotion of the Contest or in any manner whatsoever.

You understand that your appearance, depiction and/or portrayal in the Contest may be disparaging, defamatory, embarrassing or of an otherwise unfavorable nature. You acknowledge and agree that Sponsor shall have the right to (a) include any or all such information and appearances, depictions or portrayals in the Contest as edited by Sponsor in its sole discretion, and (b) to broadcast and otherwise promote the Contest containing any or all such information and appearances, depictions or portrayals in any manner whatsoever in any and all media now known or hereafter devised, or for any other purpose, throughout the universe in perpetuity. You represent and warrant that you and your Entry satisfy all of the requirements of these Rules.

WINNERS SELECTION/NOTIFICATION

A winner will be selected on or about Sept 30, 2014, and will be announced via www.pizzahutflickfootball.com. Winners will also be contacted via the information associated with their Instagram® account. One winner will be from the State of Texas and the other from the state of Oklahoma. Attached to the winner notification email will be an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and a Publicity Release (the "Personal Release"). Instructions on where to send the required documents will be contained in the Winner invitation notification email. The potential winners who wish to claim a prize must print out and sign these documents. Instructions on where to send the signed documents and how to claim the prize will be contained in the winner notification email. There will be no ties. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any potential winner and deny them the prize if the notification email is returned undelivered or the potential winner does not otherwise telephone or contact the Administrator or the potential winner does not meet the eligibility criteria listed in these rules, does not have the documents completed correctly, or cannot provide a valid U.S. driver's license or state identification card or other proof of identification as required. If the potential winner is disqualified, the Sponsor may choose a runner up winner. Sponsor or Administrator does not grant any rights to use the marks, logos, or designs of Pizza Hut, the University of Texas, the University of Oklahoma, AT&T Red River Showdown, Southwest Airlines, or any other party, and any uses that are likely to create confusion or deception or dilutes or tarnishes such marks is strictly prohibited.

GRAND PRIZE - 2

There will be TWO winners. Each final winner of the Contest will be awarded Two (2) Tickets to the AT&T Red River Showdown (@ Cotton Bowl, Dallas, Texas) October 11, 2014, two (2) roundtrip Southwest Airlines tickets, and TWELVE (12) coupons redeemable for Pizza Hut pizza for a year. Pizza Hut pizza for one year consists of TWELVE (12) coupons, each redeemable for a Large pizza of the winner's choosing. No limit on number of toppings, no restriction on choice of dough. Limit of ONE (1) coupon per month and all TWELVE (12) coupons must be redeemed during the ONE (1) year period of time, following the drawing. Redemption of pizza coupons must be made at any Pizza Hut owned and operated by The Heart of Texas Pizza, LP and American Pizza Partners, in the State of Texas or Oklahoma, which are currently located on which are currently located on "Participating Stores" tab of www.pizzaflickfootball.com. Pizza Hut coupons are good for Dine-In and Carryout only. They are not redeemable for Delivery service.

Two Roundtrip tickets on Southwest Airlines are subject to Southwest Airlines terms and conditions; certain restrictions may apply. No blackout dates. Tickets valid on Southwest-operated, published, scheduled service only in the United States and Puerto Rico. Tickets are not valid on code-share or AirTran operated service or any international service. Airline tickets awarded will expire one year from date of issue. Expiration dates will not be extended, and tickets will not be refundable or redeemable for cash or credit at any time, nor will tickets be replaced if lost or stolen. Tickets may not be sold to a third party. . If the winner does not live in a city served by Southwest Airlines, he/she is responsible for transportation to the nearest airport served by Southwest Airlines. The Winners will be responsible for booking all travel. Travel may be booked up to two (2) hours before flight departure. Seats on any desired flight are not guaranteed. Government issued ID required to travel. All other expenses, not specifically mentioned herein are the sole responsibility of the Grand Prize Winners.

The Prize does not include and the winner is responsible for all travel-related expenses, including without limitation, meals, beverages, gratuities, ground transportation, taxes, and surcharges, not specifically mentioned herein. Prizes are not redeemable for cash and cannot be substituted for any other items by the winner. Administrator and Sponsor reserve the right to substitute a comparable prize of like or greater value, including cash for any prize, for any reason. Sponsor is not responsible for lost or mutilated prizes and none will be replaced. To claim pizza prize, winner should call or visit the Pizza Hut of choice, which is owned and operated by American Pizza Partners, in the State of Texas or Oklahoma.

The winner is solely responsible for all taxes, fees and surcharges on prizes. If requested, the winner will complete any tax disclosures required by Sponsor or Administrator, including IRS Form W-9.

The total approximate value of the prize is $950.

MISCELLANEOUS

In the event of a dispute, entries made will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address associated with the Instagram® Account at the time of entry. The "authorized account holder" is deemed the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, service provider, or other online organization that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. A potential winner may be requested to provide Sponsor with proof that the potential winner is the authorized account holder of the e-mail address associated with the winning Entry. If for any reason the Contest is not capable of running as planned, including due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failure, human error or any other causes beyond the control of Sponsor that corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Contest, Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Contest. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries. Entrants agree that, in the event of a dispute on the procedure or conduct of the Contest, all of Sponsor's decisions are final. The Sponsor is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or Entry to be received by Sponsor on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site, any combination thereof, or otherwise, including any injury or damage to entrant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in the Contest. Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, illegible, incomplete, stolen, or misdirected entries. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE CONTEST MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. THE CONTEST MAY BE DISCONTINUED IF THERE IS EVIDENCE OF HACKING OR OTHER TYPES OF SECURITY BREACHES.

Use of Entrant Information. Sponsor's privacy policy will govern the use of all personal information collected in connection with this Contest.

These Official Rules constitutes the complete rules and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings. These Rules may not be amended except by written amendment adopted by the Sponsors and posted on this website.
